TEKsystems Healthcare Customer Service (Bilingual - Remote In WA) in Vancouver, Washington

A Large Healthcare Organization is hiring Bilingual 100% Remote Customer Service Representatives for a great long term opportunity (Must be in the state of Washington)!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first call resolution by responding accurately and courteously to member and provider inquiries regarding benefit interpretation, eligibility, accessing care through plan providers and other related issues.

  • Document inquiries, complaints, and other data in computer database in an accurate, clear, and timely manner.

  • Meet attendance and call quality standards.

  • Perform all functions of the job with accuracy, attention to detail and within established timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required

  • Must have 2+ years of Healthcare Call Center experience (claims processing, insurance verification, talking to members and providers, benefits, etc.)

  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish

  • Must live in the state of Washington
