Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Vancouver, Washington

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operations within a food processing plant. The successful candidate will perform and document regular and preventive maintenance on all company property and equipment, including machinery, forklifts, trucks, trailers, controls, and safety equipment. Responsibilities also include performing both planned and unplanned repairs, adhering to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), participating in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), monitoring safety procedures, updating SOPs, maintaining spare parts inventory, recording equipment data, and providing audit assistance. This role requires participation in safety committee and operations meetings monthly. Shifts are 4x10-12 hours, Day is primarily either 4/5am-2:30/3:30pm and Grave is 3:30pm-2am. Looking for at least 3+ years of maintenance or mechanical experience ideally in a manufacturing or production facility.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Vancouver, Washington.

Work Environment

Food processing plant with extreme high and low temperatures, operating under GMP, handling ripened fruits frozen and packaged for retail and wholesale use.
