Join our team as a part-time Senior Specialist in Environmental, Health, and Safety, working 2-3 days a week in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this critical role, you will drive and execute site-specific EHS programs, ensuring they align with corporate policies while complying with local, state, and federal regulations. Your responsibilities will include promoting a safe workplace, eliminating hazards, managing risks, and enhancing the quality of life for employees. You will provide EHS expertise in support of business objectives, analyze and implement safety programs, maintain safety equipment, and monitor hazardous waste management. Additionally, you will conduct training in emergency response and hazardous material handling, maintain environmental compliance, and recommend corrective actions for health and safety hazards. This role requires you to work independently, applying your professional expertise with minimal supervision.
