What YOU Will Do:

  • Work under direct supervision to assist with the development and implementation of program quality plans and procedures

  • Coordinate containment activities with Quality Engineers

  • Manage flow of non-conforming materials (NCMs) in accordance with site policies and procedures

  • Provide real time Quality support to production

  • Assist with troubleshooting and product screening

  • Develop and implements program quality plans and procedures

  • Complete Root Cause Analyses by utilizing 5WHYs, 8D and similar methodologies

What YOU Will Learn:

  • Advanced Quality Control Techniques: Gain proficiency in methodologies such as 5WHYs and 8D for performing in-depth root cause analyses and enhancing product reliability

  • Quality Management Systems: Develop and implement program quality plans and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and site policies

  • Real-Time Problem Solving: Provide real-time quality support and troubleshooting for production, enhancing your ability to tackle challenges swiftly and effectively

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Engineers and other cross-functional teams to coordinate containment activities and manage the flow of non-conforming materials

  • Continuous Improvement Practices: Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, learning to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

The salary range for this role is 36,000 USD - 72,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
