IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROVIDED

Employees earn $10/hr during training for CNA. Upon completion of training and obtaining certification (Generations covers the cost) hourly wage will be increased to $13.50 with a $3000 sign on bonus.

Assist residents with daily bath, dressing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, preparation for medical tests and exams, ear and eye care and positioning in and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, etc. as necessary and as identified in the resident's plan of care. Prepare residents for meals and snacks, identify food arrangement and assist in feeding residents as needed. Maintain resident confidentiality, treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect, know and comply with Residents' Rights rules and promptly report all resident complaints, accidents and incidents to supervisor. Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, ability to communicate with residents, ability to distinguish smells, tastes and temperatures and ability to hear and respond to resident pages, and ability to write or otherwise record information.

We offer a sign on bonus of $3,000.00, scrub allowance as well as a competitive pay scale! In addition, we offer $250.00 per two-week pay period in attendance bonus dollars, and $1200.00 per year in Annual Attendance Bonus dollars. Just show up on time, take breaks and clock in and out properly, leave as scheduled unless OT is requested by your manager, and you get $250.00 per pay period for perfect attendance.
