Performs maintenance work that facilitates the production of quality fittings and hose assemblies. Has knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician:•The Maintenance Technician will performs assigned preventative maintenance. •Creates weekly action plan for achievement of improvement action items or assigned projects. (Including gathering information, materials, scheduling machine downtime)•Performs uptime improvement action items for assigned production equipment. •Must be able to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic valves, pumps, cylinders, pneumatic valves and cylinders.•Able to troubleshoot and repair PLCs, electrical, Mechanical, pneumatics and Hydraulics.•The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing, maintaining, replacing, installing, and troubleshooting all mechanical and electrical systems.Required Experience for the Maintenance Position:•Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a Industrial Maintenance Technician within a manufacturing environment.• Advanced technical training in PLCs, electrical, Mechanical, pneumatics and Hydraulics.•Background with Manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures required.Education: Associate degree in the field of Industrial MaintenanceAdditional Skills: •Knowledgeable with 480 V 3 Phase and 110Volt, etc.•Ability to understand technical problems of complex nature.•Ability to obtain a Master Electrician License Apply Now for this great Maintenance Technician Opportunity!
