What’s the role?

Are you passionate about driving growth and building lasting client partnerships? We’re seeking a dynamic Client Partner to join our Independent Agencies team, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping sales strategies, creating custom solutions, and fostering meaningful relationships with major accounts.

As a Client Partner, you’ll lead efforts to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and deliver exceptional value to our clients. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management to tailor solutions for each client’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategise the establishment and maintenance of major account relationships, ensuring personal sales targets are met.

  • Drive revenue generation through Print & Digital channels by identifying market opportunities, developing innovative sales strategies.

  • Fostering strong client relationships to maximise revenue growth and meet sales targets.

  • Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our client solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration with clients and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

  • Collaborate with sales management to devise sales strategies & solutions for national/major accounts, contributing to the identification of target accounts and opportunities aligned with company strategies.

  • Ensure proposals are aligned with client objectives and showcase the unique benefits of our solutions.

  • Track and analyse sales metrics and KPIs, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Who are you?

  • 3+ Years experience in account management or in a sales position in publishing or agency

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster enduring relationships.

  • Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for utilising data to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • A proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities for growth.

  • Experience in conducting needs assessments, developing customized solutions, and delivering persuasive sales presentations tailored to client requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, identifying market opportunities, and developing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

  • Experience in strategic account planning and execution is beneficial.

  • Experience in designing custom solutions tailored to meet client needs.

  • Ability to understand client requirements, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.
