What’s the role?

The Client Partner plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering enduring client relationships.It is responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing sales strategies tailored to specific major accounts, with a focus on relationship cultivation, opportunity identification, and account management. This role focuses on designing custom solutions tailored to meet each customer's specific needs. It

requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and solution design expertise to effectively meet the diverse needs of major accounts while driving business growth through tailored solutions.

● Strategic Account Management:

Strategize the establishment and maintenance of major account relationships, ensuring personal sales targets are met.

● Sales Revenue Achievement:

Drive revenue generation through Print & Digital channels by identifying market opportunities, developing innovative sales strategies, and fostering strong client relationships to maximize revenue growth and meet sales targets.

● Client Relationship Building:

Foster enduring client relationships to facilitate ongoing representation, supported by sales delivery programs and effective communication with relevant internal teams/functions.

Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our client solutions.

Deliver compelling presentations that address client needs and showcase the benefits of our offerings.

Handle objections and inquiries from clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.

Foster open communication and collaboration to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

● Sales Strategy & Solution Development:

Collaborate with sales management to devise sales strategies & solutions for national/major accounts, contributing to the identification of target accounts and opportunities aligned with company strategies.

Ensure proposals are aligned with client objectives and showcase the unique benefits of our solutions.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine proposals and enhance their effectiveness.

● Competitive Analysis:

Monitor competitive activities within each account, developing and communicating appropriate response strategies.

Maintain a competitive edge by proactively identifying and addressing market challenges and opportunities.

● Sales Metrics Tracking & Analysis:

Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Who are you?

● Expertise in consultative selling techniques and solution-oriented sales approaches. Experience in conducting needs assessments, developing customized solutions, and delivering persuasive sales

presentations tailored to client requirements.

● Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies.

● Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, identifying market opportunities, and developing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

● Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Strong knowledge of the company's products or services and their applications.

● Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Experience in strategic account planning and execution is beneficial.

● Experience in designing custom solutions tailored to meet client needs. Ability to understand client requirements, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.

● Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. The ability to articulate product value propositions

and negotiate favorable terms is essential.
