About the Role:
Position : Full-Time | Nights
Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans based on physician orders and best practices.
Create and implement educational plans for patients.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Maintain professional relationships with medical staff, administrative personnel, and ancillary departments.
Provide leadership in the absence of the Director or CNO, ensuring smooth unit operations.
Utilize EMR for effective communication and documentation.
Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours, with varying days.
Requirements:
Current MS RN license
Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
