Deploy CI Management System across sites / functions (40%)

  • Establish common language, guidelines, and standards for the Lean Management System and its elements

  • Visual Management System

  • Problem Solving methodology driven to reduce variation and defect

  • Leader Standard Work

  • Strategy Deployment

  • Scorecards and KP Is

Collaboration: (10%)

  • Visit other sites to learn, share, and replicate good practices

  • Be a “new pair of eyes”; provide feedback and receive feedback

  • Support and assist other CI champions for the sites and functions in their CI journey

  • Create learning organization and collaborate with site functions in support of the CI journey

Site Master Plan (10%)

  • Create Site Master Plan based on the site’s business needs in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team

  • Lead the deployment of the Site Master Plan and be a Change Agent

  • Establish lighthouses for replication across sites / functions

Coaching (40%)

  • Coach continuous improvement mindsets and behaviors across the organization, including Senior Leadership

  • Deliver the initial training and facilitate Shire’s methodology for continuous improvement (Blue Belt Training) in collaboration with Operational and Business Excellence

  • Develop own capabilities in Continuous Improvement to “mastery”

  • Identify and develop local functional champions to drive continuous improvement through all levels of the organization


  • Fluency in German and English

  • Ability to influence the organization across all levels and the network

  • A natural leader, comfortable networking and connecting people

  • Background in continuous improvement methodology is a plus (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt)

The minimum salary according to collective agreement for this position is € 4.094,41 gross per month (full-time); increased payment is intended; in addition we offer an attractive monetary incentive program. We are looking forward to your application.
