Job Description
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Strategic field sales organization. Sales Development Representatives will partner with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives and the marketing organization to qualify leads and generate demand.
We have a newly created position for a German Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team selling into the DACH region.
Responsibilities:
Supporting Global Accounts in the DACH market
Identify areas of growth and expansion opportunities within Global Accounts
Prospect and conduct research on accounts by using Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other tools
Develop an understanding of the customer’s usage of Dynatrace, business issues, and other relevant information
Create comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, webinars, and to create broad awareness of the Dynatrace platform to target audiences
Use CRM-Salesforce.com to track activities
Work to meet defined KPIs
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
Experience working with senior IT Management E.g. CTO, CIO, Directors of IT Operations, Directors of Infrastructure, Directors of Application support, Cloud Architects
Understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions a plus
Experience using a CRM preferred, specifically Salesforce.com
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
Strong written and verbal communication skills, cold calling experience
Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Must be fluent in German and English
Collaboration across the sales process has been key to Dynatrace’s significant recent growth, as an SDR you will have the support of our Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and Marketing to ensure you have the tools to be successful.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €47,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
