Job Title:Cook\ Home Office:Clyffe Cafe\ Area of Focus:Developmental Services\ \ Program(s):Supported Employment (SE) is a vocational rehabilitation approach that emphasizes helping people with serious mental illnesses and disabilities obtain competitive work in the community. The program provides support to ensure their success in the workplace. Our SE program will help trainees find jobs that pay competitive wages in integrated settings in the community.

Cook Special Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; must complete and maintain the required registry clearance and criminal fingerprint background checks; be able to lift 50 lbs.; maintain First Aid and CPR Certification; maintains a valid drivers license and vehicle liability insurance.\ \ Cook Jobduties include, but are not limited to:

- - Cleans and sanitizes the dining room, kitchen, storage area and dietary equipment as needed

{=html} <!-- --> - - Records temperatures of food according to established policy and procedure

{=html} <!-- --> - - Ensures proper quantities of food are prepared

{=html} <!-- --> - - Ensures that food is prepared in accordance with established time schedules

{=html} <!-- --> - - Labels, dates and stores food properly according to established policies

{=html} <!-- --> - - Picks up and disposes of dining room and kitchen trash

{=html} <!-- --> - - Reports all health and safety concerns to site coordinator - Follows agency policy and procedure for all reports of abuse and neglect or suspected abuse and neglect
