REQUIREMENTS: No Drivers License required but must be on time at scheduled work shifts. No HS or Equivalent required. No experience required. Will train. No drug or background checks completed. JOB DESCRIPTION: Direct employees in day to day instructions for events, training new staff and on new procedures. Keep track of inventory, loading, unloading of offsite orders, and take charge of off site catering events. Report building issues to management, etc. Work closely with the Sales Manager. Good chance for promotion. This position is considered full-time. Will work 30 - 50 hours per week that could be any day or evening of week and depending on peak hours and present banquet needs. Very flexible hours. Starting pay is $14 to $16 per hour plus tips from banquets. Benefits include: Paid training, Paid time off, Health Ins, 401k & 401k match.
