Job Title: Marketing Specialist Central Europe

Location: Viernheim

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

The role

Due to continued growth within the Mars Science and Diagnostic division, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for specialist marketing projects across the central region within the European team, creating and implementing the marketing strategy through a hands on approach which will be crucial to ensure future success across our European initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting our Communications and Marketing Central Europe Team

  • Conception, organisation and implementation of customer communication, sales and advertising campaigns (print and online inclusive of social media campaigns)

  • Monitoring and analysing completed sales and advertising campaigns (print and online)

  • Co-operation with various specialist departments (e.g. Sales, Product Management, and Corporate Affairs) in Europe

  • Supporting our international sales team

  • Leading on trade fair organization

  • Market survey’s and innovative market knowledge

Work Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in marketing and communication

  • Completion of a degree or training in a relevant subject area

  • Experience in digital media, applications and/ or social media

  • Willingness to build up product, service and customer knowledge

  • Willingness to work in a matrix organisation

  • Proficient in English and German language
