Role description
The opportunity
Unity's Customer Success Organization is looking for user-centric team players to support the heart of Unity: Our customers!
As a Customer Success Specialist at Unity, you will be responsible to help our customers resolve issues and respond to their questions, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will be a key promoter of Unity Grow’s products. You’ll help ensure customers’ smooth onboarding experience, reduce churn, and improve customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Answering users non-technical questions and issues, with clarity and empathy, in a timely manner and a high standard of quality.
Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers to help with a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain expert knowledge about company products and services, in order to best assist all customers inquiries.
Collaborating with multiple teams to achieve quick issues resolution and improve work processes.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience in a high-scale Customer Service operation, in a fast-paced organization.
Strong client-facing skills, verbal and written communication, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English
A love of learning, as we work in a fast-paced environment with lots of changes
You might also have
Experience with Salesforce Service cloud
Familiarity with Ad Tech industry and products
