Rocket Software Senior Marketing Manager in Vilnius, Lithuania

Rocket Software is looking for a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to help take our company’s growth to the next level. This person will take on all aspects of demand generation including defining, creating, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns using a variety of program types and channels.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Gen, this person will lead the development and execution of lead generation marketing programs that create demand and generate pipeline for Rocket’s solutions. This person also plays a key leadership role in helping the company grow and achieve its business objectives. This role works closely in partnership with product marketing and sales specialists. The ideal candidate is data driven, strategic, organized, self-motivated, detailed and willing to roll-up their sleeves to get the job done.

  • Build, design, plan, manage, measure, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.

  • Manage inbound and outbound demand generation channels – a tactical mix of email, digital advertising, webinars, content marketing, and SEO.

  • Own and optimize demand generation budget allocation across channels and campaigns.

  • Manage campaign performance by measuring results and optimizing performance over time, testing variables to improve future performance.

  • Maintain a feedback loop between Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions.

  • Evaluate, select, and manage outside vendors that contribute to and support demand generation programs.

  • Forward-thinking leader with the ability to create strategy, drive decisions, take proactive action, and to jump in and execute.

  • Able to create strong processes and demonstrate effective project management skills to drive execution cross-functionally across all key constituents.

About you

  • Deep understanding of best practices in B2B demand generation and integrated marketing.

  • A bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college/university, or equivalent

  • Demonstrated demand generation and/or integrated marketing experience ideally from the campaigns, product marketing, or sales function with an enterprise software company.

  • 10+ years demand generation experience, preferably for an enterprise software company.

  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social advertising, and email marketing.

  • Experience with leveraging lead scoring, nurture programs, list management, segmentation, and personalization to increase performance.

  • Deep understanding of optimization requirements at different stages of the funnel.

  • Experience building and managing demand generation budgets.

  • Strong project management skills capable of working cross-departmentally to overcome blockers and cut through noise.

  • Self-motivating and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.

  • Strong communication skills with a bias for written communication and documentation.

Annual salary range for this position is between €35,473.00 - €65,878.00 gross before taxes.

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
