We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accounting and Reporting Specialist to join our team in Milan North-East (Vimodrone Site, Metro Verde: Cascina Burrona).

This role plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting and reporting tasks, including preparing monthly reports, consolidating financial statements, and managing relationships with external auditors.

What you’ll do:

  • Accurate and timely production and finalization of monthly Group Reporting in accordance with international standards (IFRS);

  • Verification of the correct and timely maintenance of accounting records for the assigned companies;

  • Definition and implementation of adequate procedures for the correct maintenance and timely update of the general ledger;

  • Accuracy and respect of deadlines in the preparation of the annual financial statements and related attachments;

  • Accurate and timely support to Management in the analysis of economic and financial data;

  • Adequate organization of intercompany processes, including the regular reconciliation of intra-group balances;

  • Management of the relationship with the auditing company;

  • Preparation of data for Intrastat, LIPE, 770 simplified etc;

  • Preparation and timely provision of the necessary documentation to the stakeholders of the companies involved;

  • Guarantee of quality and compliance with deadlines for the preparation and transmission of tax returns and other mandatory obligations.

  • Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the life sciences industry.

  • Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Native Italian and Fluency in English, both written and spoken (at least B2 according to the CEFR).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
