Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and repair facility and grounds
Installing or repairing roofs, doors, and floors
Painting walls and doors
Assembling furniture such as desks, cabinets, or shelves
Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Perform routine scheduled maintenance
Assist in the installation of new equipment
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Must be able to work in a climate that varies in temperature including working outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be able to use common power and hand tools
Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs on occasion
Must be able to work independently
Bilingual a plus but not required
