Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $26 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Job Responsibilities:

• Making repairs using work tickets

• Painting, Drywall installation/repairs

• Changing door locks

• Minor electrical repairs

• Basic punchout work

• Other assigned duties

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active driver's license

• No certifications needed

• Must have reliable transportation

• MINIMUM of 7 years of experience

• Clean driving record

• Able to pass required background check and drug testing

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience in the commercial field required

• Prior experience using Carpentry hand and power tools, not limited to drills, hammer, tool belt required
