Responsibilities :
This role will focus on work relate to the following areas:
Lender reporting
Equity accounting, tracking and support
Cash team day-to-day management (short-term backfill termed employee)
Audit/transactions support (as needed)
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related major is required. An MBA or Master's degree is highly preferred, and CPA is a plus.
10+ years of relevant professional experience
Solid management skills leading teams either directly or indirectly. Have a strong desire and track record of mentoring/growing team members.
Strong communication skills with the ability to constructively explain business challenges to non-financial people as well as to effectively work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders at multiple levels
Able to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
Focused attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in his/her work product.
A great attitude and strong work ethic
Collaborative, team-oriented, service-oriented
Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
