Your day to day

· Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, offering assistance with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.

· Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and answering any questions they may have.

· Assist guests with valet parking and coordinate their transportation needs.

· Maintain the lobby area's cleanliness and ensure a visually appealing environment for guests.

· Handle luggage storage efficiently and safely, keeping accurate records of items entrusted to the hotel's care.

· Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and points of interest in Monaco Tower and the surrounding areas.

· Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out procedures.

· Offer exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues.

· Coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill guest requests for additional amenities or room services.

· Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and guest satisfaction.

· Adhere to safety and security guidelines to protect both guests and hotel property.

· Assist in handling group arrivals and luggage transportation for events and conferences.

· Continuously strive to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence, creating a positive and lasting impression on guests.

What we need from you

Languages Required: English

Years of Experience: Max - 5 / Min - 1
