Discover Impactful Work:
Monitor the day to day running of designated tasks
Where available, supervise and communicate achievements and critical path activities and responsibilities.
Collaborating closely with and providing feedback to Project Managers and related internal partners. Preparation of reports and other key information.
Pro-active communication with all customers. Engaging with and providing support to assigned clients and communication with project related service providers.
Assisting in the coordination of specific projects, as assigned.
Writing and review of departmental SOP’s and Project Plans and other documentation.
Provision of data and technical input to business development to help in the creation of proposals.
Ensures all work is performed with compliance to relevant SOP’s, cGMP requirements and company quality systems.
Assists in investigation of non-conformance and provides reports and timely resolution.
Participation in cross-functional business process improvement activities as required.
Assisting in reporting of project management metrics /indicators
To be available for infrequent overtime work as vital.
Keys to Success:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Experience
Understanding of clinical trials is desired but not essential
Understanding of GXP requirements
At least 5 years experience in client service team or project management team.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
IT literate (Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Flexible and adaptable with strong customer leadership skills
Able to analyse problems and define solutions
Able to work under efficiently and support others within team
Good interpersonal, verbal, written and numerical skills
