IHG Guest Services Manager 宾客服务经理 in China

岗位职责:

1、管理前台的各项工作,督导员工的对客服务质量及操作,检查每一个班次的工作完成情况,发现并上报工作中出现的问题;

2、掌握当天到店及离店的重要宾客,回头宾客,在客人到达之前,做好一切必要的准备工作;编排每日贵宾接待的细节,为宾客送行;

3、征求宾客意见,沟通酒店与宾客间的情感,协助宾客解决疑难事宜,维护酒店的声誉;

4、为客人提供信息服务,处理客人的特别需求;

5、协助前厅部员工处理好日常接待中的各种问题;

工作要求:

1、具有良好的服务意识,团队合作精神以及良好的沟通、协调和应变能力;

2、注重细节,工作有责任心,敢于承担责任,执行力较强。
