Liberty Latin America Associate Account Executive, B2B Sales in Cayman Islands

What's The Role?

The role of the Associate Account Executive in B2B Sales in Grand Cayman is to sell the organization's products and services through direct sales to small & medium businesses. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations. Achieve and exceed sales targets and set objectives. Continually build, grow and maintain customer relationships whilst striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Do

  • To maintain regular contact with assigned customers

  • Manage relationships with customers

  • Handling sales related escalations

  • Handle stakeholder management

  • To provide a consultative sales service to key stakeholders defining customer requirements and matching their needs

  • Develop and maintain account development plans for the assigned portfolio as identified by the manager.

  • Develop a current year sales plan for attaining revenue targets and customer satisfaction ratings for assigned portfolio.

  • Provide a weekly report detailing performance against target & listing key prospects.

  • Provide customer training and demonstrations as and when necessary.

  • Provide customer data within deadline as requested by manager.

  • Qualify new prospects & prepare proposals, mailings, sales & contact initiatives ‘sales days’ as required.

  • Proactively handle customer queries, or retention issues.

  • Utilize data within billing system, CRM system, competitive intelligence & customer feedback to better serve customers’ needs.

  • Respond to referrals as requested within required deadlines.

  • Comply to all company processes and procedures.

  • Maintain all standards relating to safety, on the job training and productivity.

  • Performs any other duties ancillary to or related to the foregoing.

What You'll Need

  • 3 years’ experience of direct Sales in a Telecoms or IT environment OR related area

  • Sales management experience desired

  • At least 3 years’ Account Management Experience of SME and Enterprise Accounts

  • Minimum 2 years B2B or B2C direct sales and field based or telephone cold calling experience would be an asset

  • Ideally, a first degree in Management / Marketing / Sales or equivalent qualifications

  • Knowledge of functions and operations of the Telecommunications industry would be as asset

  • Knowledge of the mobile, wireless, fixed voice and data products and service offerings.

  • Working knowledge of CRM and contact management systems, e.g. Salesforce.com
