We are looking for a Technical Leader to join our Operations team.
What are we looking for?
Experience leading teams in a technical manner.
Experience of more than 5 years working with Node.js and Angular.
Advanced English level.
It is a plus to have experience doing mobile development
Good communication and teamwork skills
Main Tasks:
Foster the relationship with the client by providing timely and relevant information, and understanding their business needs to maintain a customer-centric approach.
Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding and overseeing the developers' activities to ensure the quality and efficiency of the work performed
Resolve complex technical issues that may arise during software development, offering guidance and support to the team to find effective solutions.
Implement best software development practices, ensuring the selection of the best methodology to make the process as successful as possible.
Estimate effort for each task in the different phases of the involved project.
Monitor that the development complies with the specifications expressed in the design.
