Oracle Channel Partner Sales Account Manager (PSAM) – Mid-Market in Egypt

Job Description

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Manage a set of Partners by developing a strong, sustainable, trusted advisor-oriented relationships with Partners and Sales organization.

  • Work in unison with internal stakeholders to leverage synergies and relationships that foster a culture of pro-active teaming across Country with Oracle Sales, Pre-Sales and Business Development at regional level

  • Responsible for developing apps implementation capability & capacity with the managed partners to ensure timely & successful customer implementations.

  • Execute initiatives in region, drive sales alignment such as account planning, RFP responses, and utilizing sales plays.

  • Develop and manage partner business plan and deliver to key performance indicator (KPI) reporting on a regular basis

  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with partners in a defined territory

  • Ability to present Oracle’s go-to-market Strategy at C Level meetings with partners

  • Initiate and lead partners’ Oracle knowledge, skills, competencies, and sales readiness training events.

  • Take an active role in the deal-closing process with partners when necessary.

  • Advocate for partners within Oracle and communicate Oracle's priorities to them effectively.

  • Ensure the integrity and compliance of partner transactions.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 7-10+ years of experience working in sales, business development or channel roles

  • Strong leadership with the ability to manage organizational, cross company interactions

  • Analytical thinking, problem solving, learning agility, communication & collaboration skills

  • Strong business acumen, planning and execution skills

  • Experience in the SaaS industry

  • Experienced with Oracle, Oracle's Partner Eco-system and Oracle Partner programs is desirable

  • Team Player

  • An energetic and enthusiastic person who can drive the desired change in the region

  • Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
