MaxAB Global Brand & Communications Manager in Egypt

We're looking for an exceptional brand strategy manager who will oversee the company's brand strategy and public communications across five countries and multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's mission and vision.

  • Oversee the implementation of brand strategies across all product lines and regions.

  • Monitor and adjust brand strategies to ensure they meet business objectives and market conditions.

Brand Consistency and Coordination

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and materials.

  • Coordinate brand and communications activities efficiently across all supported countries.

  • Maintain a unified brand presence following the merger of MaxAB and Wasoko.

Public Communications Oversight

  • Manage the company's public communications, including press releases, media relations, and social media.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external PR agencies and other key stakeholders.

  • Act as a spokesperson for the company when needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align brand strategies with business goals.

  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to implement brand and communications activities.

  • Facilitate effective communication between different regions and departments to ensure a cohesive approach.

Brand Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor brand performance through key metrics and KPIs.

  • Prepare and present reports on brand and communications activities to senior management.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize brand strategies.

Implementation of Combined Company Brand

  • Lead the implementation of the new combined brand following the merger.

  • Ensure the new brand identity is effectively communicated and adopted across all regions and by all stakeholders.

  • Manage any rebranding activities and ensure a smooth transition.

Crisis Communication Management

  • Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect the brand's reputation.

  • Act quickly and effectively to manage any potential public relations issues.

Qualifications Essential

  • 5+ years work experience in Marketing/Communication/Advertising/related fields

  • Experience implementing projects on a multinational basis

Skills

  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably on a multinational level

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Experience in working with creative agencies and PR firms
