What the day will look like

Working within a busy, focused and collaborative team your key tasks will include:

  • Coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the bid process including Requests for Proposals and client presentations. Working with collaborators to understand and develop win strategies.

  • Balancing multiple bids and ensuring their timely delivery.

  • Sourcing information from the business, understanding and articulating value, working closely with Creative Design teams to develop visual concept and messaging for RFPs and client pitches.

  • Editing content for readability, consistency, clarity and brand compliance utilising standard tools and processes.

  • Ensuring the end-to-end review of the RFP response prior to submission including conducting own review, handling peer reviews and facilitating overall quality control.

  • Responsibility for post-bid reviews to include reviewing content with stakeholders/SMEs to capture updates to content and updating the RFP content library.

  • Following Aon policies and all relevant legislation.

The role will also include acting as a partner for at least one sub-solution line which will see you developing strong relationships with key SMEs and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Updating content via RFP content library/Sharepoint sites, preparation/maintenance of stakeholder self-service RFP materials.

  • Updating own technical knowledge of products and services.

  • Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of accurate bid content to include updates via post-bid reviews, ability to identify gaps in content, maintaining statistics such as colleague headcounts, biographies, etc.

  • Ensuring all bid managers are kept appraised of any changes to the products and services provided by the solution line.
