What you will do

You will develop a third party sales channel and ensure partner’s achieve Oracle sales targets in the Applications Business space. Manages a Team of 4 x Channel Account Manager’s.

As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage the channel sales throughout the sales cycle. You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's revenue across all Application products (ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM + CX) with Oracle partners. You will be responsible for the indirect revenue from these partners.

Manages the identification, certification and development of channel partners committed to selling Oracle Application products. The ideal candidate will maintain an understanding of Oracle Application technology and articulate Oracle propositions to partners and their customers. Provides accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts to senior management. Will participate in territory, account planning and strategy development.

Manages and control activities in multi-functional areas. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate business needs. Knowledge of software industry relating to channel management. Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of partners in assigned territory. Superior time management skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
