WSP USA Director ERP - Development and Integration Lead in United Kingdom
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Development and Integration (D&I) lead to join our team. As the D&I Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the business, IT peers, internal and external functional consultants, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications solutions that enable our business solutions. Your expertise will be critical in guiding the technical design, development, and integration of Oracle Fusion applications to achieve optimal performance and scalability. This role requires a unique combination skillset for understanding business needs, business processes, knowledge of DB schema, inter-connections within different Oracle fusion modules (PPM, HCM, CX, Finance and Procurement) and a sound understanding of technology stack within and outside Oracle fusion.

Key thought leader, contributor and proactive collaborator who brings technical and architectural vision to the overall technical solutions
Work closely with the Global ERP deployment/support team and system integrator to build robust solutions
Participate in cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements and recommend solutions
Work with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and ensure that data is properly integrated and validated
Work hand in hand with the SI Reporting/D&I teams for effective solution delivery
Stay up-to-date with new features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion
Provide recommendations for improvements to the reporting and cross-functional integration processes
Provides guidance on how to address business requirements via a technical solution
Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Design new or review existing end-to-end integrated solutions
Coach and Mentor junior resources on the program
Adhering to program governance for the SDLC
Related experience with Oracle ERP. And experience with Oracle Fusion
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Experience planning ERP Cloud instance strategy for SaaS and PaaS PODs
Expertise across the Oracle Fusion Tech stack including but not limited to: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, VBCS, PCS, Java, Oracle Database, XML/BI Publisher, ADF, SQL, PL/SQL, FBDI etc.
Experience across all RICE design/ development on Oracle ERP Cloud tech stack
Experience in AEC industry is preferred
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and technical judgment
Experience and creativity in troubleshooting system issues
Experience in collection and documentation of business requirements and the transfer of those requirements into a sound technical solution
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills is a must
Ability to influence others to gain support, and actively work to implement improvements in issue resolution processes
Working knowledge of one or more of the following Oracle fusion modules (PPM, HCM, CX, Finance and Procurement)
