The Role:

Join our team as a PA, providing top-tier support to our VP Procurement Excellence & Corporate Services, VP Procurement – EMEAA Hotels and VP Capital Investments & Transactions in Global Procurement. You'll manage calendars, emails, meetings, travel, expenses, and assist with HR tasks. Coordinate with regional teams and the Chief Procurement Officer’s office, both remotely and during visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support three VPs of Global Finance and Procurement as well as Global Procurement teams.

  • Co-manage MSO365 email, calendars, travel, and expense processes.

  • Assist the Chief Procurement Officer and their EA in global operations.

  • Collaborate with corporate partners and their EA/PA network.

  • Handle office management, HR processes, and team engagement activities.

What We Need:

  • 3+ years’ experience as an EA/PA for multiple corporate leaders, ideally working for a global company.

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience with Oracle HR, BCD Travel, Concur Expense, and Oracle PeopleSoft.
