Red Hat Senior Director Partner Sales - Cloud Ecosystem in United Kingdom

Join our team to dive deep in order to uncover key insights that guide critical business decisions. The Red Hat Cloud Partner team is looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Partner Senior Sales Director to focus on growing our Cloud business, through Red Hat’s Ecosystem business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will manage a team that works with external Cloud partners to build a sales strategy, manage account planning, and increase internal sales alignment and interlocks.

In this role, you will influence and execute strategy and be accountable for Ecosystem Cloud business growth and strategy execution. This will include building and managing sales programs and opportunities to scale, own deployment of sales projects, and manage specialist cloud partner sales teams. In addition, you'll be responsible for the growth and development of some of the most critical Global Cloud Partners in EMEA - including Hyperscaler and Cloud Partners.

As a Partner Senior Sales Director, you Successful applicants must reside in a major country where Red Hat is registered for business across the EMEA region.

What You Will Do

  • Be the EMEA domain expert for Cloud Partner business to help educate and improve the Ecosystem approach across our joint field engagement in our Enterprise, Commercial, and Telco, Media, and Entertainment (TME) team resulting in developing this RTM (Route to Market), to win new business and increased adoption of Red Hat technologyAlign with the EMEA Managed Cloud team and work closely with all other RTM leaders in regards to their partners Red Hat cloud growth motions

  • Ensure continuous insights into the market direction and actions. Including driving growth through marketplaces and the elements needed to achieve exponential performance. E.g. aligned products, certifications and ISV integration

  • Provide active field sales collaboration to actively drive consumption to ensure a cloud strategy for every customer

  • Develop the Cloud motion across the Red Hat Ecosystem including distribution partners and drive adoption and partner recruitment

  • Collaborate with global partners to develop, manage and execute joint partnership plans (including GTM, Sales and Enablement) to deliver on our sales, influence and partnership objectives and goals in EMEA

  • Collaborate with our Marketing teams to have fully integrated marketing initiatives to support the generation of new business, new solutions, and market visibility with partners' go-to-market

  • Lead, develop, and manage the EMEA level allocated team

  • Solve business and technology challenges, align program objectives, and deliver an EMEA Cloud Strategy jointly with regional teams

What You Will Bring

  • In-depth understanding of the EMEA cloud market

  • Solid account and cloud partner management experience

  • Extensive experience developing and managing partnerships for the purpose of market seeding and revenue generation - including Hyperscalers

  • Proven managerial and leadership credentials

  • Experience working with and managing an EMEA distributed network of internal & external partners & teams

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of the Red Hat EMEA cloud business
