How you will create an impact
Participation to formulate, drive and industrialize digital engagement strategies applicable in maximizing online sales and retention
Continuous development & knowledge build-up of the team for the application of new digital technology
Support cutting edge technology innovation and adopt required technology to deliver seamless digital experience to stakeholders
Maintain stability of the digital platforms and any other future-proof digital platforms through effective communication and monitoring control with IT / system developer
Collaborate with various business units for gathering user requirement & User Acceptance Test to develop/revamp digital platforms and solutions by capitalizing on technology to enhance customer engagement
Monitor platform performance by data analysis and determine & propose initiatives to drive optimization
Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders and IT Project Manager to ensure user requirements are implemented/delivered
Monitor project progress/status and alert management on key issues related to online distribution channels and facilitate development/ execution of mitigation plan
Assistant in sourcing, scale and implement new technology, digital and analytics capabilities to AIG HK through partnership with insurance technology partners
Drive, execute digital initiatives and projects to achieve set KPIs
What you’ll need to succeed
University / College Graduate with minimum of 1-2 years relevant working experience in the insurance industry
Proven successful experience working in digital delivery team of digital innovation projects with a strong understanding of different digital systems and tools plus technical and business know-how
Strong project management skills, self-motivated and willing to meet challenges
Extensive IT and Digital apps development and knowledge
Outgoing with good communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated depth of defining and crafting of user journeys
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Articulate, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Adaptable, able to interact and build strong relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
