Responsibilities

  • Define and refine AI/ML architectures on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI), ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and advise on high-impact AI/ML and Generative AI use cases.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, emphasizing MLOps and LLMOps practices for efficient deployments.

  • Incorporate Responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and ethical standards in all AI models.

  • Advocate for Explainable AI techniques to enhance transparency and interpretability in AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

  • Demonstrate deep expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI model architecture, including techniques for fine-tuning and optimizing performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Oversee technical project execution, including model training, optimization, and deployment pipelines.

  • Respond to RFPs and lead the execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

  • Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies, guiding the team in adopting best practices.

  • Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices in AI/ML methodologies and operational frameworks.

Mandatory Skills

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in programming and solution development within the IT industry.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in core AI/ML development, including advanced techniques such as deep learning, RNNs, GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.

  • Proficiency in leading ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-Learn.

  • 5+ years of experience architecting AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI).

  • Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face).

  • Hands-on experience delivering at least one significant Generative AI use case in real-world production environments.

  • Familiarity with AI algorithms and techniques, including NLP, computer vision, and cognitive services.

Good to Have Skills

  • Master’s degree or certifications in AI/ML.

  • Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain with industry-specific AI/ML applications.

  • Deep understanding of Responsible AI and Explainable AI frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to address complex AI/ML challenges.
