About the role:

As an Associate Engineer you will be responsible for handling customer queries over the mail/ticketing tool, post it to internal teams, and keeping the customer posted about the updates on query raised.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the data & finding the actionable

  • Work on provided offline activities.

  • Follow given SOP’s and flag any unresolved issues, escalations to L2

  • Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problems.

  • Flexibility towards shifts and week offs as per requirement.

  • SAP Sales order & PR Creation.

  • SAP Material Management

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Passion for Technology & customer support

  • Demonstrable ability to work in fast-paced, technical, cross functional environment

  • Cross-Team collaboration

  • Team Oriented. Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Education: Any Batchelors Degree
