Main responsibilities:
Leads and delivers initiatives end to end to contribute to sales growth along the innovation ambition.
Lead cross functional Project Teams
Fully accountable to deliver the Projects in Time, in Scope and in Budget
Defines, owns, and executes the project strategy based on and in alignment with the functional inputs
Responsible for project management of the entire program (Manages Scope, Schedules, Project Risk and related Mitigation Plans, Budget as well as Resources)
Proactively communicate project expectations, statuses, and metrics to all key stakeholders.
Perform risk management strategies as required and take necessary risk mitigation steps
Facilitates Kick Off and Planning workshops as well as regular project team meetings to drive and track progress
Represents the project to the relevant Innovation Committee for gate submissions, status updates, major project changes as well as escalation of decisions and issues
Structures team discussions and drives decision making within the team
Provides Project Reporting and KPIs as required
Maintains Project- and Portfolio-Management-Systems such as IRIS
Conducts after action reviews and continues process improvements
