Job Title: Lead Export Logistics- Emerging Markets

Job Summary:
The role would be responsible to provide cost effective Export Logistics solutions for export of finished goods to Emerging markets. Areas of Responsibility
Coordination and Logistics for Dosage form to APAC, ISC, ME countries
Geographical coverage -exporting DF products to more than 26 countries
Co-ordination with plants, countries, demand and supply teams, QC, Insurance cell, Incentive cell etc.
Vendor development for Freight forwarding and Customs House Agents
Managing Air- Sea ratio balance
Systems - SAP Hana & Applexes
Coordination with external agencies-Customs, Airlines, Narcotics Bureau, SIIB, Banks etc.
Cost Optimization - Bids through L1 criteria - Direct carrier contracts - Optimize yield per container
Operational Efficiency & Customer Service - Order processing within two working days of complete & approved orders received - Shipment intimation to customers before departure of Air shipment and within three days of Sea shipments - Weekly cleaning of pending SO/STOs in system by closing less than 10% or below 5k packs, whichever is less, to maintain system hygiene - Preparation of monthly MIS
Quality & Compliance - 100% Compliance for revenue recognition - Nil temperature excursions in cool chain product shipments - Zero Tax liability - Error Free documentation
Inventory Reduction -Weekly Stock Analysis giving details of under shipment, under consolidation and mktg. constraints - Sharing Stocks with country on 1 st or 2nd day of the month and also on weekly basis -Invoicing of month end stocks by 7 th of each month 1 | Page - Monthly circulation of actual Sales and remaining pending orders for reconciliation
People development -Identify Training needs and arranging timely training to right skill the team members -Coaching and mentoring Travel Estimate Job Scope Internal Interactions (within the organization) Manufacturing Locations, Marketing /Business finance External Interactions (outside the organization) Forwarders, Export Inspection Agency, PHD, Embassies/ Consulates Geographical Scope Global Financial Accountability (cost/revenue with exclusive authority) Job Requirements Educational Qualification Graduate, MBA preferred Specific Certification Skills
Exposure to ERP/SAP MS Office
Experience 5-7 yrs of work experience.
