Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle OSS Solution Architect with deep telecommunications domain expertise and hands-on experience with Oracle OSS products. In this role, you will collaborate with a passionate team to develop compelling demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions for telecommunications providers, highlighting the capabilities of Oracle’s OSS portfolio.
You will work closely with pre-sales teams to address customer needs in response to RFPs and RFIs, implementing innovative solutions that demonstrate the unique advantages of Oracle’s applications in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities
Develop Custom OSS Demos : Build innovative, tailored OSS demos to showcase Oracle Communications solutions, focusing on telco services such as 5G, broadband, and mobile networks.
• Customer Engagement : Collaborate with pre-sales and customers to understand the requirements and challenges, crafting bespoke Proof of Concept solutions that align with their RFP/RFI needs.
• Lead Technical Implementations : Utilize your coding skills to implement custom OSS solutions, leveraging Oracle OSS products like UIM, OSM, ASAP, NRM, and NI.
• Oracle Design Studio Expertise : Design and configure solutions using Oracle Design Studio, SNO RI, and RsDOD OSS solutions, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Develop Skills in Key Technologies : Proficiency in Java, XML/Xquery/XSLT, REST APIs, TMF APIs, virtualization, and containerized environments like Kubernetes is critical.
• Stay Current with Telco Trends : Apply your comprehensive telecommunications knowledge (5G, broadband, mobile networks) to deliver forward-looking solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, sales, and implementation teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs.
• Knowledge of Order Management : Experience with field implementations and order management solutions is a plus.
Qualifications :
• Expert Knowledge of Oracle OSS Solutions : Hands-on experience with Oracle OSS products like Unified Inventory Management (UIM), Oracle Service Management (OSM), Network Resource Management (NRM), Network Integrity (NI), and ASAP.
• Telco Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of telecommunications networks and systems, including 5G, broadband, and mobile services.
• Technical Proficiency : Ability to write code, customize solutions, and implement PoC solutions based on customer requirements. Key skills required include Java, XML/Xquery/XSLT, REST APIs, TMF APIs, and familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with Oracle Design Studio : Familiarity with SNO RI and RsDOD OSS solutions, with experience designing and deploying solutions.
• Virtualization and Kubernetes : Expertise in virtualization technologies and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Customer-Centric Mindset : Experience working directly with sales, pre-sales and engineering groups interpreting complex requirements, and delivering high-quality demos.
• Order Management Knowledge : Experience with order management and field implementations is highly desirable.
• Problem Solving & Innovation : Proven ability to creatively solve problems, innovate, and drive solutions in complex customer environments.
