Ford Motor Company Technical Product Lead in India
Job description:
This role is expected to technical leadership to the team on various technology areas mainly on Java microservices/API/Cloud related areas, PCF to GCP migrations, CI/CD pipelines, automations, etc.
Expected to be proficient in programming and modern software development practices.
Guiding the overall tech architecture, tech design, and keeping track of the complete development process.
Ensuring efficient and quality product delivery releases using Agile methodology .
Working closely with the Product teams and SAP teams to understand the critical issues customers and facing and getting those resolved.
Responsible for tracking engineering efficiency using relevant metrics.
Work with the product leadership/product management teams to understand the short-term and long-term product roadmap and align that with the technical/non-functional roadmap that you will develop.
Technical leadership for product and across all engineering requirements
Continuously improve and drive best practices around software engineering & lead the craftsmanship, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
Create an environment to foster professional and personal growth of each individual engineer in the team
8+ years of experience in developing software apps, database designing, and development
Minimum of 3 years of experience of providing technical leaderhip using agile methodology.
Understanding of cloud(preferably GCP or AWS or PCF) is a must.
Good communication in the English language is essential.
Experience of working in a SaaS product-based organization is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
Excellent technical background in software product development
Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer science
Hacker rank scores and relevant technical Certifications is an added advatage
