Position Overview:

As part of the Platforms & Technology team, you will be engaged in delivering high profile initiatives with an emphasis on our customer facing online sites and products. Working with an agile mindset, you will contribute design and development ideas to optimize customer experience in multiple areas. We are looking for someone who is passionate about embracing multiple technology solutions to identify new opportunities and deliver the best user experience. This role will have multiple responsibilities across different platforms - enabling an exciting opportunity to make an impact across multiple initiatives and drive a diverse career path.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing and visually appealing websites.

• Identifying opportunities to innovate and improve existing user experiences across our online platforms.

• Collaborating with marketing and other teams to ensure our online products meet business needs.

• Contributing to a secure and efficient development process through clear documentation and proactive testing.

• Working within an Agile development framework and adapting to changing priorities.

What You’ll do on a Typical Day :-

• Design, develop and maintain a high-performing and visually appealing websites.

• Identify opportunities for innovation to improve existing sites and products - infrastructure and code management.

• Drive optimization of existing processes - to deliver 'best in class’ user experiences for both internal and external partners.

• Collaborate with our marketing teams to recommend and deliver solutions to support business requirements - for internal /external customer needs.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the company and 3rd party vendors to ensure seamless operations.

• Work with leading edge security tools to maintain the Company's highest level of data security and Privacy.

• Deploy proactive approach to monitoring and testing of internet sites to avert potential security issues or system downtime.

• Operate within JIRA Agile planning and task load management whilst also being able to adjust priorities based on demand and business impact.

• Maintain Clear documentation on code and updates.

• Practice proactive testing of internet sites to avert potential security issues.

What We’re looking for :-

• 3+ years of experience in HTML, CSS

• 3+ years of experience in WordPress, Drupal and PHP and JavaScript

• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CICD frameworks in cloud-based environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
