IHG Cluster Director of Commercial Sales - Six Senses Rome & Milan in Italy

As the Cluster Director of Commercial Sales, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility. crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun & quirky and pioneering wellness.

Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced and adopted within the properties.

I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operations of the Sales department to provide exceptional products and services within the brand operating standards. My key role is to drive the right business at the right price to ensure the properties achieve the budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue.

As a Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for each property, considering market segments and profitability.

  • Collaborate with Revenue and Six Senses Home Office to establish clear strategic goals and long-term plans.

  • Participate in the annual budgeting process, providing market insights and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Create and maintain a robust sales strategy that maximizes revenue throughout the year.

  • Identify new markets and demographics for growth and lead the team to capitalize on these opportunities.

  • Analyze revenue performance and monitor the sales department's impact on property profitability.

  • Propose and execute tactical promotions based on market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in commercial sales leadership within the luxury hospitality industry.

  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and its dynamics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

  • Significant travel between Rome and Milan will be required.
