Shell Indirect Channel Account Manager in Japan
Typically:
•Provides administrative support in handling specific queries and assists in information gathering (with respect to pricing).
•Supports internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales teams) and external stakeholders (dealers/customers) with specific information and query resolution.
•Handles complex tasks and patterned activities. Deals with a variety of unambiguous questions, checks correctness of data and adjusts with several sources of information within the business supported.
•Provides support using one or more different processes and systems.
•Works within well-defined and standardized procedures and practices and is supervised on progress and results by manager. Works autonomously within this defined scope with regular guidance from senior colleagues or own manager.
