Your day to day

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead and direct the restaurant operations, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated colleagues and culinary professionals.

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.

  • Maintain strict quality control, enhancing our reputation as a culinary destination.

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to curate an enticing menu, showcasing both local and international flavors.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, nurturing talent and promoting growth.

  • Uphold and enforce all health and safety regulations, guaranteeing a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.

What we need from you

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably within a luxury hotel setting or fine dining restaurant.

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

  • Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and mentor a diverse team.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, confident in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong business acumen, capable of driving revenue and achieving financial targets.

  • A creative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices, keeping the restaurant operations up-to-date and ahead of competitors.

  • Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and other relevant software applications.
