The Opportunity

The customer is the focus of everything we do, and millions of end users rely on our products daily. The incumbent is responsible to devise and ensure effective execution of sales conferences and agency events to motivate the agency force to strive for excellence. As well as responsible for formulating sales campaigns with an ultimate goal to increase agent productivity in order to help achieve a good product mix and Company’s sales target.

The position will assist in planning and implementing recruitment activities and seminars, prepare reports and analysis commentaries for agency manpower programs to enable better headcount monitoring.

What we are looking for

  • Degree holder in Marketing or Communications

  • At least 10 years of work experience with a proven track record of agency sales promotion, marketing and event management experience

  • Creative, flexible and able to work under pressure and tight schedules

  • Good team player and strong interpersonal skill

  • Good planning, acute business sense and analytical skills

  • Good writing, communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

On the Job you will:

  • Oversee and design agency events to boost agency morale, including but not limited to agency communications meetings, agency dinners, award presentation ceremonies and celebration events as well as career seminars and/or lifestyle workshop promoting agency recruitment

  • Oversee production and logistics planning and implementation of all agency events

  • Design and implement sales incentive programs to motivate agents to achieve the business targets and help drive a good product mix

  • Define and review progress reports for sales contests and annual awards so as to identify ways / tools to help boost sales

  • Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight / conflicting deadlines, whilst maintaining the highest quality of work and executing within budget, procurement guidelines, as well as within various pre-set parameters

  • Oversee budget planning and monitor expenses while designing sales incentives and events that meet business objectives

  • To manage ad hoc projects as required
