In this exciting role you will be responsible for leading Regulatory Affairs Transformation Programs to drive enterprise excellence. The Senior BP Program Manager manages challenging initiatives that are among Regulatory Affairs top priorities and will therefore have significant visibility to senior level activities and priorities. These initiatives will be critical to enabling RA to achieve its future-state vision. This individual will have a chance to drive change and make a difference at global and cross operating unit level.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with proven change management skills who is able collaborate with cross functional teams in the field of Labeling, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Clinical, and others to meet program milestones, regulatory requirements and expectations in terms of quality, costs and time.

You can create a vision and strategy and with your passion are able to enthuse others and take them along in your journey of change. You have excellent networking skills and are able to establish trust relationships with the business and your stakeholders. You have experience with leading/coaching a (project) team in a multicultural environment.

You will function as an interface across different organizational functions that are involved in the programs you run. You are responsible for creating and keeping schedules for the programs, projects and deliverables and flag resource capacity/performance issues to the management team. Lastly you perform Program reviews/retrospectives and successfully capture agreements and alignments regarding the program.

A Day In The Life

  • Accountable/Responsible/Lead cross functional transformation/change programs.

  • Work within established Transformation Program governance models and identify, recommend and drive execution activities and priorities

  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

  • Manage the development and implementation process of a companys products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

  • Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Must Haves

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or Science

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business support or program management role including broad multi- functional business experience (relevant experience), or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Nice to haves

  • PMP Certification or other formal Project Management training and experience

  • Experience in leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives with demonstrated business impact

  • Project leadership experience

  • Experience driving change management initiatives across an organization

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, project planning and project management

  • Exceptional analytical, planning, organization, and time management skills to effectively execute project plans and budgets

  • Business acumen; ability to think from an overall best for the business perspective

  • Demonstrates initiative; results oriented, with a passion to succeed

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize


The location is open. Home office is possible. Most of the programs will have participants that are based in the United States, so availability during US office hours is required.
