With its unrivaled service and sophisticated ambiance, our hotel will be home to the finest Club Lounge in Auckland. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Club Lounge Manager to be a crucial part of our pre-opening team, ensuring our Club Lounge becomes the epitome of elegance and excellence for our esteemed guests.

As the Assistant Club Lounge Manager, you will play a vital role in the pre-opening phase and the ongoing success of our exclusive Club Lounge. You will assist in overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a dedicated team to uphold the highest standards of luxury and service.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Club Lounge pre-opening plans

  • Ensure exceptional guest service is consistently delivered, exceeding guest expectations

  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of Club Lounge Team Members

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and ambiance within the Lounge

  • Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency

  • Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and maintain accurate records of lounge activities

What we need from you

  • Proven experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably in a similar role

  • Exceptional leadership, organisational and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

  • Professional demeanor and impeccable personal presentation
