V2X Carpenter in Qatar

Overview

This position entails to do wood working/carpentry and special request job tasks from customers/clients. Perform minor repairs and fabrication concerning furniture’s, doors, cabinets, other wood working/carpentry jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Service Orders

  • Preventive Maintenance

  • Non-value-added work (Shop clean-up, Tool inventory)

  • Performs other duties and assignments as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Foreign National

  • Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma is required or equivalent.

  • Requires as a minimum of 5 years' working experience in the Carpentry trade.

  • Must have experience with heavy duty wood working shop equipment’s such as table saw, radial saw, planner, surfacing machine, routing machine and power sander.

  • Program Specific Requirements:

  • Extensive Carpentry Experience. (1-5 Years')

  • Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues.

  • Must be able to change doors, windows and fabricate cabinets.

  • Able to communicate with customer.

  • Working Environment:

  • In this position there is exposure to physical and working conditions where serious accidents or injuries may occur, exposure to disagreeable noise elements and prolonged high ambient temperatures.

  • Must be able to lift/push/pull 35-45 lbs.
