Description and Requirements
In this position, you will:
Maintain and enhance Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment system (CI/CD) of xClarity application, which is a SaaS deployed in an Azure environment
Offer technical support for the service provided to our customers; on-call availability
Create integration and deployment pipelines to serve multiple products and multiple cloud environments. Work directly with development teams to integrate and build reliable solutions.
Ensuring that services are available, the underlying infrastructure is properly functioning, and other internal tools, processes, and systems are working as expected.
Collaborate with all necessary teams for high-priority incident and ensure system recovery within an SLA
Work with IT industry trending technologies: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Azure but also Networking and Storage solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert for proposed architectural designs and implementations
Automate operations relying on the integrated of monitoring tools
Write infrastructure-related code when needed (Python, Linux Shell)
Job Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English
B.S/M.S. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Basic understanding of a Kubernetes environment implementing the Docker container runtime
Experience with maintaining Linux/Unix systems
A good foundation in Ethernet networking and TCP/IP
Understanding of Azure ecosystem is nice to have
Experience with virtualization solutions is nice to have
Knowledge of hardware and monitoring and centralized logging solutions is nice to have
Good communication skills – able to work with remote teams across cultures and foster trust and collaboration
