Emerson Project engineer - Project execution (15 months) in Sweden

The purpose of our Project Execution team is to grow Level Instrument sales focusing on a specific world area by supporting and mentoring throughout the often many years long project life cycle.
In the early phases, as a Project Engineer, you will work with the pursuit sales team; then once the order is won, the focus turns to the Global Project Management offices and finally during execution of the order you manage the order by cooperating with the factory in Sweden for manufacturing, inspection and delivery.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Creating connections with key partners in assigned world area, Grow connections with customers and internal partners alike, creating a nurturing environment where collaboration and communication thrive, and every project becomes a shared journey towards success.
Advise global project organizations by actively participating in programs to guarantee future success.
Lead the implementation of projects and engineer solution orders, acting as the intermediary between the manufacturing unit and the organization.
Offer guidance and share expertise with both internal and external stakeholders. Your dedication to excellence will not only drive project achievements but also inspire those around you to achieve their best.
Plan and align projects and resources in order to comprehend all aspects of customer demands and that timely actions are being taken to address them and to ensure a successful outcome.
Facilitate customer inspections to assure quality and compliance.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Understanding of level instrument products: apply your experience to ensure flawless integration and efficiency across our systems.
Client facing experience, and a readiness to foster strong client relationships.
Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both written and spoken, enabling clear and effective communication across our diverse team and client base.
Adaptive Problem-Solving: Embrace challenges head-on, applying your problem-solving skills to find innovative effective solutions.
Effective Communication: Shine through your ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and kindness, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
