Job Description Summary

You will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities that cuts across GE Healthcare's cardiology portfolio, working individually or where applicable act as part of a One GE Healthcare team to deliver value and solutions to customers.

You are also expected to collaborate closely with the country equipment and channel teams to build relationship with managing short and long-term business goals for Lifecycle Upgrades portfolio.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales order and funnel growth volumes of cardiology portfolio in Thailand, especially for Interventional product.

  • Be a commercial represent of GE Healthcare cardiovascular portfolio to drive growth and increase win rate with cardiologist.

  • Lead in building and conveying cardiovascular orders and sales, lead sales opportunities, qualify customer needs, develop, and present solution proposals and quotations, to successfully execute and close sales.

  • Partner with Account manager, Channel partner & other relevant teams to build relationships within cardiology markets, assist in developing a business strategy to maximize opportunities for all products.

  • Collaborate closely with cardiology product specialist teams to gain access and utilizing cardiology products in the Cath lab, EP lab, Echo lab.

  • Grow understanding of market dynamics to drive creative solutions with customers.

  • Lead and create new opportunities into the channel partner funnel and drive customer contact penetration.

  • Own and drive the competitive break-in account sales strategy of GE Healthcare Cardiovascular product both Invasive and Non-Invasive, penetrate and gain IB in competitive accounts not currently purchasing GE equipment.

  • Developing and cultivating strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and stakeholders, within the customer organization, many of which will be new relationships for GE Healthcare.

  • Leverage Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share. Ability to synthesize data and respond to market changes. Flexibility and balance to thrive in a dynamic industry and market.

  • Rigorous follow up and teaming with field team on deal and customer engagement strategies.

  • Conduct timely follow up with internal teams with adherence to all quality and compliance-based expectations and process requirements.

  • Drive focused sales and marketing campaigns and follow up on opportunities for coverage and customer contact improvement.

Qualifications/Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or medical science, with a preference for a cardiology background.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales-related experience in the Healthcare Industry, with a preference for imaging

  • Previous experience in high-end capital equipment sales within the healthcare sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.

  • Ability to establish and cultivate relationships at all levels within an organization.

  • Strong selling skills, including delivering effective customer presentations, providing accurate price quotes, and successfully closing deals while expanding sales territories.

  • Experience in collaborating with internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process
